Open call for Imodoye Writers’ Residency The Imodoye Writers’ Residency has called for applications for its inaugural edition. The three-week long residency is located at the An-Nur Gardens, Fate-Tanke, in Ilorin, Kwara State, and administered by a Residency board. The First African Cover Poet for World Poetry Magazine, Emeritus Professor Niyi Osundare is one of Imodoye Writers Enclave's Patrons, alongside Dr. Isiaka Aliagan, Col. Dele Babajamu, Dr. Mrs Cecilia Etche and Mallam Abdurahman Aderinoye. Former Chairman of the Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) Kwara State Chapter, Dr. Usman Oladipo Akanbi is the Founder and Chairman of the board, whose other members include Kwara ANA Chairman, Mr. Babayemi Opeyemi, Mr Danjuma Adamu, Dr. Mrs Betty Ige, Abdulwahab Gambari, Miss.Aisha Akanbi  and Mr. Al-amin El-Nasir who is also the Director-General of the Enclave.
